Responsibilities:
* Melayani nasabah/klien yang dilakukan by phone.
* Memberikan informasi mengenai status kepesertaan, status klaim, manfaat polis,proses penjaminan rawat inap dan rawat jalan kepada nasabah/klien, rumah sakit, klinik, dokter, pihak eksternal yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan dan pihak internal perusahaan.
* Melayani dan menangani complain dan pertanyaan-pertanyaan dari nasabah/klien.
* Menjalin hubungan baik dengan pihak eksternal dan pihak internal Perusahaan.
* Membangun dan membina komunikasi yang sehat dengan nasabah/klien.
* Menyusun laporan-laporan yang berhubungan dengan tugasnya.
* Mengarsipkan file-file/berkas-berkas penting yang berhubungan dengan tugasnya.
Requirements:
* Pria/Wanita, Single, diutamakan pria, usia 23 tahun s/d 35 tahun.
* Pendidikan min SMK / D1 / D3 / S1 jurusan Farmasi, apoteker, keperawatan
* Berpenampilan menarik dan komunikatif
* Bisa mengoperasikan Komputer
* Bersedia bekerja dengan shift
